Hit The Floor Review

I finally got caught up on Hit The Floor. I am really liking this show. It is showing a little mystery with the murder of Olivia. I love that they have the girls do a whole dance routine every episode. Jelena is my love to hate character. She is just a little evil thing. I'm not feeling Raquel and Peter but Sloane was just a bit jealous when "Miss Thang" pointed out that Pete and Raquel was showing a little PDA. Ahsha and Derek storyline is getting interesting. I can't wait for the next episode.

School Shooting Again?

It is sad that we live in a society where a child can get a weapon and permanently remove another child from this life. I mean how many times does this has to happen before we do something about guns. It is not only about the guns,  but what drive these kids to the point where they can't see any other solution than to get a gun shoot their peers and then kill themselves. We need to pray for this generation. So sad

#HitTheFloor

I just start watching Hit The Floor so I am catching up on Hulu. I am a fan. I already love the actress Kimberly Elise.  Taylour Paige must be new, I have never seen her act before. I am only on episode 8 so I am anxious to see where it goes.  So far I like Sloane and Pete hot hot hot. I like German and
Ahsha  but it appears they are going in the direction of Ahsha and Derek. Oh well it will be more drama to go in that direction. I also like Olivia and Chase but Rick Fox make any TV couple look good. I love the dancing on show. Cant wait to see what happens next.

Be blessed

Poem: Sound The Alarm

Sound the Alarm

Sound the alarm! Our children are dying in the streets
At the hands of their brothers, not the men in white sheets
They are gunned down in cold blood without a second thought
Not hung by the rivers after being chased down and caught
Sound the alarm! Our children are taking each other’s lives
Spraying bullets in a crowd and wouldn’t care if no one survives
They are not afraid to die, so they think its all fair game
They can kill you with no remorse and not even know your name
Sound the alarm! Our children are killing each other
Our babies are dying on the streets, one after another
Somehow they have lost hope and have no plan for this life
Living their life on the edge and inflicting misery and strife
Sound the alarm! Our children are in need of our helping hand
We cannot take the sideline on this, we must take a stand
We have fought for our freedom and justice for all
Now we must fight for our children or as a people we will fall
Sound the alarm! Sound the alarm! Sound the alarm!
